  • Q: What should I do if I want to cancel my order?

    A: 
    If you have not completed payment for the order, you can click "Cancel Order" in Order Details. If you have already paid for it, please contact your account manager immediately to cancel the order and receive a refund. Please note that most orders are automatically transmitted to our warehouse systems to process, therefore it may not always be possible to cancel your order. Your account manager will assist you in this matter. Orders containing customized items or other special conditions cannot be canceled once they have entered the "processing" status.
  • Q: Do I have to pay the shipping cost for the repair products?

    A: 
    During the warranty term, we will repair your products that meet our warranty items for free, and we will pay for the round-trip freight for the warranty products.
  • Q: Where should I return the products to?

    A: 
    Once your warranties are approved, you will get an RMA form to process the return. The RMA form will instruct you to return the products accordingly.
  • Q: What events, activities, or actions invalidate my free warranty?

    A: 

    1. The products have exceeded the warranty term.

    2. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, and any other human factors.

    3. Damage caused by natural disasters such as impact, fire, lightning, flooding, or human negligence.4. Damage caused by an improper operation of equipment shells, power supplies, etc. during use.
